Support day‑to‑day analytical and project‑based activities within the Primary Transportation team.
Hands-on exposure to transportation operations, systems administration, performance management, and process improvement initiatives.
Document processes and reporting digitalization in line with applicable systems, standards, and KPIs.
Support data analysis and create presentations for top management.
Conduct PDCA and 5W analysis.
Support transport teams in daily operations and translate business needs into data solutions.
Support ongoing team projects by proposing improvements and identifying opportunities.
Collaborate with other teams within LSCM.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or Engineering
Previous experience is a plus
Microsoft Office Package
Power BI is a plus
Proficient in English
Other European languages are a plus
Excellent analytical skills
Detail‑oriented and accurate
Ability to proactively identify and resolve issues
Ability to collaborate efficiently across cross‑functional teams with diverse backgrounds
Strong communication skills (oral and written)
Ability to translate numbers into insights and present them clearly.
