About this role

Overall responsibility for in-house performance marketing
Development and implementation of channel strategies and ownership of budget planning & control (Google Ads, Meta, Display/Retargeting, Affiliate)
Operational campaign management including setup, optimization and ongoing monitoring
Seasonal planning and execution of the promotional calendar (e.g., sales, product launches, Black Friday, Christmas)
Implementing, maintaining and optimizing tracking links, pixels and product feeds as part of tracking & feed management
Conducting performance analyses, benchmarking and monthly reporting
Close collaboration with design and content teams on briefings and execution
Temporary support for day-to-day operations

Degree or comparable qualification in Marketing, E‑Commerce or Business Administration
Several years of professional experience in performance marketing
Confident with KPIs and budget responsibility
Analytical approach and hands-on mentality
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Fluent in German and English
