Role Overview
- Researching historical information, photos, and video footage for possible posts
- Organizing social media content in platforms such as Google Drive, AirTable, and Sprout Social
- Monitoring current events related to Museum issues
- Preparing resources for future social content and current events
- Looking up answers to inquiries and requests submitted on social media channels
Requirements
- Must have previous experience with AirTable and Sprout Social
- Must have experience using a historical research database
- Must have social media experience with a museum
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
- Extremely familiar with Holocaust history; using social media for educational purposes
