Own solution architecture across applications, integrations, data, and AI-enabled services, ensuring designs are pragmatic, scalable, and aligned with Monogram Health’s business and clinical goals.
Act as a hands-on player/coach, building prototypes and reference implementations that de-risk initiatives and establish patterns teams can take to production.
Lead development of agentic solutions, bots, and AI-accelerated workflows, including responsible use of AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude) to improve engineering velocity and quality.
Set and model a high bar for engineering excellence, including code quality, API design, testing strategy, security, and maintainability.
Partner closely with product, engineering, data, and business leaders to translate strategy into executable technical designs and delivery plans.
Define and evolve integration and platform patterns across cloud services (Azure), enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce), and data platforms (e.g., Databricks).
Guide data and interoperability architecture for healthcare use cases, including familiarity with FHIR, HL7, claims data, and secure handling of PHI.
Drive modern DevOps and Infrastructure-as-Code practices, enabling reliable CI/CD, repeatable environments, and production-ready systems.
Mentor engineers and tech lead with strong EQ, leading through influence, clear guidance, and best practices rather than centralized control.
