Deliver FAR outputs aligned with IFRS 17 and Swiss Local GAAP requirements
Execute ledger tasks: accruals, provisions, reconciliations, and journal postings
Ensure timely and accurate reporting to Group and local stakeholders
Perform in depth analysis and reconciliation of Balance Sheet accounts
Identify discrepancies, propose corrective actions, and maintain data accuracy
Analyse Intercompany balances for assigned trading partners
Investigate variances, track follow-up actions, and provide clear commentary
Maintain Intercompany differences at a minimal and controlled level
Support streamlining and automation of data gathering, analytics, and reporting
Contribute to the transformation of manual processes into automated solutions
Advocate for better data quality and enhanced reporting insights
Execute Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR) activities
Uphold Group control standards and contribute to a strong control environment
Participate in finance-related projects and local change implementations
Support adoption of new tools, systems, and process improvements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Preferably a qualified accountant
Minimum 2 years of accounting or finance experience—ideally insurance, banking, or external audit
Strong knowledge of financial accounting, IFRS 17, and statutory reporting
Skilled in GL activities (accruals, provisions, reconciliations, postings)
Proficient in SAP; desirable experience with SQL, Access, or Power BI
Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills
Highly precise, structured, and detail-oriented
Proactive mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills
Flexible and comfortable in a fast-changing environment
