Role Overview
- Define the test plan/ strategy/ approach for Load and Performance Testing
- Identify the performance scope and requirements in collaboration with SME's
- Collaborate with project teams to report bottlenecks
Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience on any Web Apps/ SAP/ API's
- Excellent hands on knowledge in Neoload Performance Testing Tool
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Identify and Prepare test data required for performance testing
- Should know Test management tools like Spira
- Be able to develop, maintain and execute test scripts in Neoload
- Be able to develop work load model (user count, sessions, duration, TPS, hits)
- Capture statistics and identify potential performance bottlenecks
- Be able to identify the issues during load testing, and fix the scripts
- Prepare Executive summary report after performance testing
