Based on needs analyses, you develop tailored training concepts for the Bitkom Academy addressing relevant topics and trends in the digital industry, and implement them in existing or new event formats.
You support communication and quality assurance for our training formats and take on marketing tasks such as creating content and newsletters, designing web pages, and editorial planning for social media.
You plan our trade show and conference appearances.
You contribute to the strategic development of content and training formats in response to general market changes (e.g. e-learning).

You have completed your degree with excellent results.
You have at least three years of professional experience in project management and/or communications and marketing.
You enjoy conceptual thinking and the implementation of projects.
You have an affinity for communication and marketing.
You are creative and passionate about topics and trends in the digital industry.
You are proficient in both written and spoken German and English.
