About this role
Role Overview
Advise on and sell our services with a particular focus on private customers (B2C) and our target groups within subsidised programmes and the public authority sector (B2G)
Actively expand our customer base through proactive new-customer acquisition
Build, maintain and further develop a strong local network and work closely with local authorities
Carry out local marketing and networking activities to identify and develop new partnerships
Independently plan and execute sales activities (mailings, participation in trade fairs, local events and networking functions)
Plan, coordinate and expand the relevant course offerings
Requirements
Vocational training or a degree with a commercial, language or e.g. tourism background
Experience in sales, business development or key account management, ideally in the services sector
Strong networking skills and enjoyment of a proactive approach to building new, long-term customer relationships
High self-motivation, entrepreneurial thinking and a hands-on mentality
Excellent communication skills, strong enthusiasm and persuasive ability, and a confident, dynamic manner
Very good German and English skills
