Conduct comprehensive mental health intakes, develop customized treatment plans, and complete timely documentation including diagnoses, plan updates, and session notes in alignment with company standards.
Maintain a minimum of 25 direct client facing hours per week as a full-time clinician, with an initial scheduling availability of 35 hours per week to support steady caseload growth.
Provide supervision to Limited Licensed clinicians through clinical consultation, mentorship, and ongoing support to foster their professional growth and success.
Offer exceptional service to clients while collaborating with a passionate, purpose-driven team dedicated to closing care gaps in our community.

Submit clear, concise documentation for every session following our protocols because great care deserves great records.

A master’s degree in behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution is required.
Applicants must hold full, unrestricted licensure in the State of Michigan.
Proven experience in creating and implementing treatment plans, as well as maintaining detailed clinical documentation including case notes and diagnostic updates.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills that support therapeutic effectiveness, collaboration, and client trust.
Demonstrated ability to establish and uphold stable, ethical boundaries with clients in a clinical setting.
Consistently completes session records, service notes, and required documentation promptly and in alignment with agency guidelines.
Comfortable and confident working with a diverse population across age groups, backgrounds, and presenting issues.
Proficient in day-to-day office tools and electronic health records (EHR); experience with Valant is a plus!
