Conduct comprehensive mental health intakes and develop customized treatment plans.
Maintain a minimum of 25 direct client facing hours per week as a full-time clinician.
Provide supervision to Limited Licensed clinicians through clinical consultation and mentorship.
Offer exceptional service to clients while collaborating with a passionate team.
Submit clear, concise documentation for every session following our protocols.
Partner with families, case managers, and medical professionals to provide comprehensive care.
Engage in team meetings, clinical trainings, and opportunities to learn and grow.

A master’s degree in behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution is required.
Applicants must hold full, unrestricted licensure in the State of Michigan.
Proven experience in creating and implementing treatment plans.
