bridge IT, HR, and Learning Operations while ensuring seamless system performance and an exceptional end-user experience
ensure the accuracy and integrity of people data across systems
manage complex API integrations
bring automation and efficiency to LMS workflows that support employees across multiple business lines and locations
develop dashboards and reporting using Power BI, SQL, or LMS analytics tools
validate and debug SCORM/xAPI/Tin Can course packages across devices and browsers
provide Tier 2/Tier 3 technical support for LMS-related issues requiring advanced troubleshooting

4+ years of LMS administration or enterprise system management experience, with a strong technical focus
Strong hands-on expertise with SCORM/xAPI troubleshooting, APIs, and HRIS/LMS integrations
Hands-on experience with APIs, system integrations, and data feeds (JSON, REST, XML, SFTP)
Proficiency with Power BI, SQL, or advanced Excel for data visualization and reporting
Familiarity with identity management and SSO/IdP platforms (Azure AD, Okta, Ping)
Demonstrated experience resolving complex system errors and data anomalies.
