Ensure, promote and grow the sales of medical solutions for operating rooms (operating tables, surgical lights, etc.) to healthcare professionals in your territory
Prospect, identify and follow up with regional public and private targets
Implement action plans for the territory (schedule, activities, resources, budget, etc.)
Manage forecasts and rigorously maintain information recorded in SFDC
Build, in collaboration with Sales Management (DC), an offering that best meets client needs while adhering to Baxter’s national strategy
Ensure total customer satisfaction for each client (training plans, satisfaction measurement, delivery, etc.)
Sell service contracts at the point of sale (POS)
Communicate with the service department and the Product Technical Engineer (PTE) to optimize the sale of service contracts on the installed base

Participate in invoice collections
Optimize internal resources to support each stage of the project
Commit to dynamic, justified and validated management of the sample inventory in the territory
Know the regional competitive strategy and report findings to Sales Management and Marketing
Identify and manage influential regional stakeholders / KOLs
Provide regular reports to your manager (analysis of won/lost business)
Implement quality assurance procedures
Plan and coordinate on-site interventions with the relevant internal teams (Marketing, Customer Service, etc.)
Validate the results of these interventions
Requirements
Minimum of 2–5 years' successful experience in a sales role within the healthcare sector
Knowledge of the hospital environment and the wider healthcare sector
Knowledge or experience of the operating room environment is a plus
Experience managing regional healthcare institutions (e.g., general hospitals, university hospitals, clinics)
