Partner with the Customer Engagement organization to bring an enterprise mindset to product launches
Synthesize insights across therapeutic areas, internal roadmaps, and customer perspectives
Build trusted partnerships across Product, Data & Analytics, and other teams to enable effective field deployment
Champion the voice of the customer by embedding real-world insights into launch planning
Drive launch and operational excellence for priority brands
Apply industry and competitive expertise to assess market dynamics

Bachelor’s degree required from 4-year college or university
8+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similarly structured industries with large, geographically dispersed teams
2+ years’ experience working within one or more therapeutic areas
2+ years’ experience supporting product launches within the life sciences industry
Ability to work independently while balancing multiple priorities
Experience analyzing complex information
Proven success collaborating across cross-functional, matrixed teams
Strategic, data-driven problem solver with project management experience
