Role Overview
- Apprenticeship as a Dialog Marketing Specialist in the Customer Service department
- Handle customer inquiries and requests by phone and e-mail
- Act as a point of contact for international customers
- Perform general administrative tasks involving direct customer contact
Requirements
- Upper secondary school qualification (Abitur/Fachhochschulreife) or equivalent (Fachoberschulreife)
- Business‑fluent German
- Good command of English
- Ideally, initial experience with the Microsoft Office suite (especially Word and Excel)
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment and reliability
- Willingness to learn and an open, positive attitude
