Manager Information Security, Quality Management Lead Auditor

Role Overview

• Translate and implement requirements from standards such as ISO 9001 into practical work processes
• Provide and effectively use appropriate methods and procedures for analyzing, optimizing, and monitoring an integrated management system
• Maintain and further develop procedures across the company — including organizing suitable training and workshops
• Detect system deviations early, assess them thoroughly, and derive targeted improvement measures for management systems
• Support the entire lifecycle of quality, environmental, or other management systems — from preparation and implementation to continuous improvement
• Confidently conduct internal audits and provide support during external audits when required
• Assemble a qualified audit team and ensure their professional development
• Apply knowledge of audit principles, procedures, and techniques specifically when conducting internal audits
• Effectively apply appropriate risk management methods to sustainably improve processes

Requirements

• Degree in (industrial) engineering, (business) computer science, quality management, or a comparable field — alternatively equivalent professional training
• Initial practical experience in quality management, ideally in the context of ISO 9001
• Knowledge of other standards — e.g., environmental standards or information security (ISO 27001)
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland and Germany approximately 3 times per month
• Excellent German (spoken and written) and good English
