Responsible for product order tracking and cancellations and effectively communicating with vendor partners.
Manage internal support tickets and work with a diverse group of company team members to troubleshoot a variety of computer software issues.
Research and analyse business problems to determine if systems’ solutions are advisable and available.
Assist in troubleshooting application issues with the business and IT partners.

Bachelor in IT or relevant
Overall, 5 years of experience; Minimum of 3 years’ experience in following areas: o Administration, monitoring and maintenance of software infrastructures and applications. o Oversee practices and processes to ensure integrity, safety and availability of all data and applications as part of organizations’ information systems. o Ensure that the processes needed for a business to function and succeed are running smoothly. o Technical point of contact to fix application and systems issues, usually on an immediate basis. o Experience with programming report writing (ex. PHP.NET , VB), Oracle and/or SQL.
