Own and grow a named portfolio of 6–7 top-tier European banks, acting as the primary executive relationship holder across each account.
Develop and execute strategic account plans that align nCino's platform capabilities to each institution's long-term transformation agenda.
Build and maintain board
and C-suite-level relationships, navigating complex organisational structures with credibility and precision.
Lead commercial negotiations and contract renewals, partnering with internal teams to structure deals that drive mutual value.
Identify and progress expansion opportunities within existing accounts, collaborating with solutions engineering, professional services, and customer success.
Represent nCino at senior industry forums, client events, and market-facing engagements across France, Belgium, and broader Europe.
Feed market and competitor intelligence back into nCino's product and strategy teams, helping shape our European roadmap.

Established, senior-level relationships at Tier 1 European banks — particularly within French and/or Italian institutions.
A track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts in a consultative, relationship-first capacity.
Deep familiarity with the banking or financial services landscape — you understand how these organisations operate, make decisions, and define success.
Experience selling or positioning enterprise software, cloud platforms, or technology transformation programmes to financial institutions.
The ability to operate fluently in French and English; additional European languages are a plus.
Comfort working across borders — this role is Paris-primary with regular engagement in Brussels and across European markets.
