Role Overview

- Implement the expert standards "Relationship-building in the care of people with dementia"
- Create and update nursing documentation
- Support residents in structuring their daily routines and everyday activities
- Supervise and onboard new colleagues
Requirements
- Completed training as a qualified nurse (registered nurse) or equivalent, with specialist training in gerontopsychiatric nursing
- Team player with empathy for residents and colleagues
- Responsible and structured working approach
