Role Overview

- Implement the expert standard "Relationship building in the care of people with dementia"
- Create and update nursing documentation
- Support residents in their daily routines and everyday activities

Requirements
- Completed training as a qualified nurse (or equivalent) with further specialist training in gerontopsychiatric nursing
- Team player with empathy for residents and colleagues
- Responsible and organized approach to work
- Openness to ongoing professional development
