About this role
Role Overview
Own and continuously evolve the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company strategy and portfolio priorities.
Translate business goals, user insights, and data into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Prioritize and manage the product backlog, making informed trade-offs to maximize value delivery.
Act as the key product counterpart for engineering, UX/design, data, and stakeholders, ensuring clarity, alignment, and focus.
Define, track, and act on product success metrics, using data to guide decisions and validate outcomes.
Gather and synthesize user feedback, market insights, and competitive intelligence to shape product direction.
Communicate product decisions, priorities, and progress clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and trade-offs throughout the product lifecycle.
Contribute at a senior level by driving alignment beyond the team when needed and supporting product excellence across the organization.
Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, including at least 2 years in a senior role
Hands-on experience delivering web and mobile products across the full product lifecycle
Proven success delivering digital products in an agile environment within a large, scaled organization
Strong command of agile methodologies; Advanced CSPO or equivalent certification is a plus
Excellent ability to break down complex, ambiguous problems into actionable product requirements
Data-driven mindset, with experience using analytics to inform prioritization and product decisions
Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority
Strong experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/design, marketing, and business stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong user empathy and a genuine passion for building products that solve real problems.
