About this role
Role Overview
Ensure the operational and managerial leadership of a team of Assistance Advisors
Guarantee the team’s overall performance and a high level of customer satisfaction
Organize, manage and control the activities of the assistance desk
Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new employees
Supervise and motivate the team of assistance advisors
Analyze performance and quality of work
Implement continuous improvement actions
Produce reports and present them to Management
Provide hands-on support to the team when needed
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) or equivalent
Significant experience in a managerial role within customer relations
Prior experience in assistance services is a plus
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
Availability to work shifts and/or weekends
