Support the implementation, ongoing configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Workday Recruiting module
Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to enhance recruiting workflows, troubleshoot issues
Configure business processes and develop reports and dashboards that improve hiring efficiency and visibility
Support system enhancements, testing, release readiness, and best practice recommendations
Requirements
Active Workday Recruiting Certification
At least 3 years of experience working in Workday Recruiting configurations
At least 1 years of experience serving as a workstream lead on HCM Recruiting implementations or optimization engagements, from design to deployment
Ability to travel 10%
50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Visio and PowerPoint, with at least 2 years' experience creating advanced Excel models (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
