Contribute to the growth of Sage X3 implementation activities in the Western region
Support clients in their transformation projects and in the implementation of Sage X3
Analyze existing processes and lead business requirements gathering
Perform functional configuration of Sage X3 modules related to the Supply Chain
Manage integration testing and validate the consistency of flows between modules
Design and deliver user training sessions
Provide go-live support and follow up on post-go-live application maintenance (TMA)

Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent, with proven hands-on experience in one or more of these areas
Strong interpersonal skills, customer-service orientation, and ability to work collaboratively in a team
Effective trainer with the ability to onboard and support users
Highly autonomous in organizing your work and taking initiative
Ability to prioritize, work proactively, and manage your tasks with rigor
Professional proficiency in English is an advantage for international projects
Comfortable using an ERP or management software; knowledge of Sage X3 is a plus
Motivated to progress professionally and build trusting relationships with clients
