Role Overview
- Processing of digitized accounting documents
- Review of automatic accounting pre-allocations
- Accelerating the implementation of automated processing rules
- Validation of all accounts prior to VAT filing
- Account matching (reconciliation)
- Clearing of suspense accounts
- VAT returns
- Alerting the engagement manager to abnormal delays in customer or supplier payments or other significant events for the client
- Preparation of the balance sheet
Requirements
- Two-year post-secondary qualification (BTS/DUT or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Methodical and organized
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proactive and comfortable with digital tools/technology
