You are the link between our customers and regional management
As the on-site contact person, you are available to parking space users and our contracting clients
You are responsible for internal audits and quality assurance
You check compliance with posted parking regulations
You document violations when parking rules are disregarded
On site, you inspect signage for stability and condition and check consumables at the locations, replenishing them as needed
You support new employees during onboarding

Driver's license (Class B)
Willingness to work shifts Monday to Saturday as part of a 40-hour workweek
Good German language skills
Strong smartphone proficiency
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Independent, responsible, and conscientious working style
Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a team
Relevant experience (e.g., security officer, security services, specialist for protection and security, roles in airport / retail / freight forwarding / logistics, parcel courier, courier driver, service employee, driver, delivery driver)
