You act as the link between our customers and the regional management
As the on-site contact person, you assist parking users and our clients
You are responsible for internal auditing and quality assurance
You check compliance with the posted parking regulations
You document any violations of the parking rules
On site you inspect signage for stability and condition and check consumables at the sites, replenishing them if necessary
You support new employees during their onboarding

Valid driving license (Class B)
Willingness to work shifts Monday through Saturday as part of a 40-hour week
Good command of German
Strong smartphone proficiency
Ability to work in all weather conditions
Independent, responsible and conscientious working style
Strong communication, interpersonal and team skills
Experience in roles such as security officer/security service, specialist for protection and security, or in airports/retail/shipping/logistics; also experience as a parcel delivery driver, courier, service staff, driver or delivery driver is advantageous
