You act as the link between our customers and regional management
As the on-site contact person, you are available to parking users and our clients
You are responsible for internal audits and quality assurance
You check compliance with the posted parking regulations
You document violations when parking rules are not observed
On site you inspect signage for stability and condition and check consumable supplies at the locations, refilling them if necessary
You support new employees during their onboarding

Valid Class B driver’s license
Willingness to work Monday to Saturday in shifts; 40 hours per week
Good command of German
Comfortable using smartphones
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Independent, responsible and conscientious working style
Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
Experience in security (e.g., security officer/security service), as a specialist for protection and safety, or in areas such as airports, retail, freight/ logistics; experience as a parcel or courier driver, service staff, driver or delivery driver is also relevant
