Own and oversee campaign delivery across digital, social, core media and feature space for your assigned POD
Manage omni-channel campaign processing booked by sales, ensuring smooth end-to-end execution
Guide FMCG suppliers on portal use, guidelines, deadlines, and brand restrictions
Approve/reject briefs and artwork, ensuring everything meets ASDA requirements
Coordinate with ASDA Studio and third parties so assets land on time and campaigns go live as planned
Keep internal trackers accurate and stakeholders updated (including ASDA brand/studio teams)
Act as a process and systems expert, spotting training gaps and proactively upskilling Client Executives in your POD
Support POD performance by protecting booked revenue, raising risks early, and improving processes where possible

Confidence collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders to deliver campaigns smoothly
Comfort working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Strong ability to manage multiple deadlines and critical paths
Experience mentoring, guiding, or supporting others to work independently
Background in a client or customer-facing role
