You are responsible, together with your team, for our heterogeneous IT infrastructure
You install and maintain the deployed hardware and software components
You provide 1st and 2nd level support and advise key users
You procure and manage our IT hardware and software
You proactively look for improvements and faults, implement new technologies and document workflows
You work closely with our entire IT team and with all departments of the Perschmann Group

Education: Completed IT training or equivalent professional qualification
Experience: Proficient with Microsoft products, particularly Microsoft Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365, and experienced in automated software distribution
Communication: Demonstrate your strengths as a team player with a structured and organized approach and strong communication skills
Technical affinity: Show a strong interest in new IT developments, a desire for continuous professional development, and be a creative problem solver
