Accounts Receivable Clerk, m/f/d

Role Overview

• Independent monitoring and resolution of outstanding items, including ongoing account reconciliation
• Posting incoming customer payments and monitoring advance/prepayment transactions
• Performing credit checks and monitoring credit limits, as well as processing shipping release approvals
• Managing dunning procedures
• Handling legal cases and financing/payment plans
• Processing SEPA direct debit transactions and handling check submissions
• Assisting with preparatory tasks for the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Liaising with sales and external distribution partners

Requirements

• Completed commercial/vocational training or equivalent qualification
• Ideally several years of accounting experience, preferably in accounts receivable
• Strong command of English
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Meticulous and structured working style
• Excellent team player with strong communication skills and a high degree of personal responsibility
