Further development of the MES strategy at the Gustavsburg site with a clear focus on system harmonization and process integration
Analysis and preparation of production-relevant data (e.g., OEE, downtime/incidents, process quality) to optimize manufacturing transparency
Design and implementation of a future-proof IT architecture, including SAP integration and incorporation of quality systems
Design of modern dashboards for real-time visualization of production KPIs
Integration of existing equipment and new technologies — creating an interfaces landscape that unifies legacy and modern systems
Support of the continuous improvement process through targeted data analyses
Close collaboration with engineering, production, IT, internal stakeholders and external system partners
Requirements
Degree or technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
Several years of experience in the MES environment, ideally with HYDRA or comparable systems
Understanding of manufacturing processes in discrete production (e.g., automotive, mechanical engineering)
Knowledge of IT systems, databases, interface architectures and server infrastructures
Ability to analyze, structure and integrate complex systems
Systems thinking, a hands-on mentality and the ability to translate technical and organizational requirements
Clear, decisive communication — including within interdisciplinary teams
Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written; solid English skills desirable.
