As an Account Executive (AE), you are responsible for actively selling our Jobticket+ solution to companies.
You play the lead role in expanding our market presence and acquiring new corporate customers.
You manage the entire sales process: from automated lead generation through inbound conversion to closing deals.
You identify and reach out to the right B2B contacts across various industries.
You develop and execute AI-driven sales strategies to meet (and exceed!) your targets.
You build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
You present Jobticket+ and demonstrate the value we deliver to potential clients.
You negotiate contracts and drive deals to a secure close.
You use our AI tools to understand market trends, monitor competitors, and identify new opportunities.
You provide reliable, timely sales forecasts and reports.
Requirements
Required: German at native level.
2–5 years of professional experience.
Proven track record of regularly exceeding sales quotas as a B2B Account Executive (or in a similar closing role).
Deep understanding of the B2B sales process.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, especially when it comes to closing.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships easily.
Motivated, results-oriented, and driven to succeed.
Able to work independently and manage your own sales pipeline.
Experience with AI-powered sales tools.
Experience in the mobility or transport industry is a plus.
