You advise and support our clients in the use of our SAP HCM solutions
In client projects, you work together with experienced consultants on the successful deployment of our software solutions
You analyze existing processes and identify optimization opportunities in collaboration with the relevant business units
You actively contribute to the further development of our products and to maintaining high quality standards
Conducting training sessions in our in-house training center is also part of your responsibilities

Completed degree (e.g., Business Informatics) or comparable qualification
Practical experience in payroll, ideally with SAP
Initial experience in the SAP HCM environment
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with clients and colleagues
