Role Overview
- Professional and disciplinary leadership of the Payroll team in Langen, along with organizational responsibilities at the site
- Close collaboration with other team leads and managers to plan resources, coordinate tasks, and share knowledge across teams
- Development and support of your employees through regular meetings and individual feedback
Requirements
- Several years of experience leading teams
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing, including tax and social security law
- Solid experience with a common payroll system (ideally PROVIA)
- Strong communication and advisory skills in dealings with employees and clients
