Independently coordinate and manage construction projects in the logistics and industrial real estate sector (e.g., warehouses, production areas, technical installations)
Coordinate and manage external construction and specialist partners and act as the central interface to relevant architects, technical planners, clients and subcontractors
Ensure schedule, cost and quality targets across all project phases
Monitor construction execution in accordance with drawings, specifications, standards and legal requirements
Responsible for occupational safety and health protection on site
Documentation and reporting (site diary, progress and acceptance records)
Active problem solving, coordination of changes and risk management during construction execution
Requirements
Completed technical education or further qualification in construction (e.g., architecture, civil/structural engineering, master craftsman/technician in building construction or equivalent)
Several years of practical experience in construction or project management, ideally in logistics, industrial or commercial construction
Confident knowledge of construction processes, schedule and cost control
Good knowledge of relevant standards, regulations and legal requirements (e.g., VOB, occupational safety)
