Assist in developing structured project plans, timelines, and task trackers
Coordinate activities between technical teams, customers, and vendors
Track progress against milestones and maintain accurate documentation
Support scope control and change management processes
Monitor task completion and delivery timelines
Identify risks, dependencies, or delays and escalate proactively
Ensure alignment between technical execution and project objectives
Support projects involving IT infrastructure fundamentals (networking, IP concepts, firewalls, basic security)
Translate technical inputs into structured documentation
Contribute to status reports, trackers, and internal delivery documentation
Support adherence to internal quality and security procedures (QHSE)
Assist in preparing documentation for audits and client reviews
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Prepare structured status reports and meeting summaries
Maintain clear and professional communication in English and French

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related technical field
1–3 years of professional experience in Project Management or Project Coordination
Practical exposure to project lifecycle phases (planning, execution, monitoring)
Foundational understanding of IT networking concepts (IP, firewalls, infrastructure basics)
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Prince2 fundamentals)
Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Professional proficiency in French (written and spoken)
Ability to work independently in a structured remote environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
