Lead and execute new projects for the Geology department (contaminated sites, brownfield redevelopment, geotechnical ground investigations) at the Berlin‑Adlershof location
Provide support and consultancy to existing and new clients
Accountability for project revenue and profitability
Manage subcontractors for laboratory and drilling work on your projects

Degree in geosciences, geology, civil engineering, chemical engineering, environmental engineering, or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in the relevant field
Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive approach, and goal-oriented work style
Confident interaction with clients and colleagues
Strong communication skills
Initiative, commitment, reliability, and ability to self-manage
Good IT skills
German language skills: at least C2 level (spoken and written) — fluent communication in complex situations and subject areas
Willingness to travel locally and a Class B driver's license
