Role Overview
- Responsibility for construction logistics on a large-scale project
- Planning, execution and management of logistics tasks
- On-site point of contact for project activities
- Documentation of subcontractor briefings
- Preparation of monthly performance documentation
- Identifying potential contract change claims and supporting their processing
Requirements
- Strong practical skills and preferably experience in the construction industry
- Leadership skills and assertiveness when managing subcontractors
- Ability to work well in a team
- Solution-oriented and goal-driven working approach
- Forklift license and valid driver’s license preferred
