Role Overview
- Planning, coordination and execution of process and product transfers
- Independently manage international projects as Project Lead
- Analysis of existing technical processes to reduce costs
- Close collaboration with local and international departments
- Development and implementation of project plans
- Preparation of documentation in accordance with international standards
- Support during internal and external audits
Requirements
- Degree in a natural science (Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy or Biotechnology) or Process/Chemical Engineering
- Several years of experience in product development activities and project management within regulated environments
- Experience leading projects in international, complex, regulated environments
- Expertise in project planning and execution
- Experience in process development, design, scale-up, process optimization and validation
- Industry experience in a GMP-compliant environment
- Results-oriented approach
- Fluent German and English skills (written and spoken)
- Proficient in MS Office products
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Strong time management skills and assertiveness
