Responsible for full cycle recruitment, including development of recruitment strategies in collaboration with physician leadership
Position posting, candidate management, interviewing, and reporting
Successful recruiting of the highest quality physician and provider staff
Job duties also include Advanced Practice Provider recruitment
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required. Three to five years of Physician/ Provider recruitment experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
One to three years of previous physician recruitment experience required
Experience with high volume recruitment required
Experience with applicant tracking systems and web-based recruitment required
Successful track record of candidate generation and placement
Strong skills of relationship building with internal customers
