Analyze our competitive landscape, industry trends, and customer insights to develop strategic marketing plans and opportunities to drive growth and retention for the Canada region
Develop and execute customer marketing plan to drive demand generation and customer engagement for the Canadian marketing including localization of global initiatives and support region-specific offerings, key verticals and priority segments.
Collaborate with offering management & sales teams to understand customer needs and develop targeted marketing campaigns and support new product launches
Understand customer needs to develop messaging and content that will engage customers at different stages of the customer lifecycle
Manage events and partnerships to engage regional customers and prospects with our team and technologies.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Support translation of marketing content across solutions and verticals into French
Requirements
Minimum 6 years of experience in customer marketing or related roles, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team
Bilingual French/English (written and verbal communication)
Ability to travel within Canada and the US as needed
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration
Proven ability to drive channel growth, maximize sales, and develop impactful marketing programs
Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills with a creative, innovative mindset
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities; thrives in fast-paced environments
Customer-focused, results-driven, and eager to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends
Experience in technology or manufacturing preferred; able to travel as needed
