About this role

You assist with coordinating our in-house talents
You support the search for new cooperation partners, create proposals and handle incoming inquiries
You develop your negotiation skills for contracts and price negotiations with vendors and service providers (partners)
You support the artist managers with concepts and content formats for talents and help bring them to life
You act as a liaison between the talents and our partners, schedule their engagements and ensure their well-being
You identify and acquire potential new partners as well as future formats and shows

At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing or online marketing, e.g., in a digital, social media or PR agency
Interest in and a feel for the latest digital and consumer trends
Confident use of all common social media networks and online communities
Ideally experience in executing and/or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
High creativity and motivation
Fluent German and strong English skills, both written and spoken
