About this role
Role Overview
- Responsible for Customer Risk Management for project clients
- Organize and support due diligence reviews for clients and external service providers
- Identify enterprise-level risks and develop risk mitigation measures
- Support, monitor and assess strategic initiatives and projects with regard to risks
- Provide support on risk policy matters and contribute to the further development of the risk strategy
- Assess customer risks and decide on appropriate risk mitigation actions
- Promote company-wide awareness of risk management
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in risk management within the financial sector
- Experience in payments and knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., MaRisk, ZAG, DORA)
- Analytical and strategic thinking with a solution-oriented approach
- Clear communication skills, team player and willingness to take responsibility
- Enjoyment of complex tasks and ability to work proactively
- Business-fluent German and good English skills
- Experience with Jira, Jira Service Management and Confluence, plus SQL skills for data analysis
