Over the course of working together, you will learn how inquiries and offers are made
You will learn everything about price negotiations and market rates; you will also have initial opportunities to demonstrate your negotiation skills (in coordination) and to take part in price negotiations with vendors and service providers (collaboration partners)
You will learn about contract structuring in this industry, common pitfalls, and will begin to review initial contracts
You support the artist managers with concepts and content formats for talents and help to bring these to life
You act as an interface between the talents and our partners, schedule their assignments and ensure their wellbeing
You identify and acquire potential new cooperation partners and future formats and shows; in the first year you will take on a supporting role and, depending on development, will be gradually introduced to more responsibilities.
Requirements
At least an internship, working-student role and/or vocational training in influencer marketing, online marketing (e.g., at a digital, social media or PR agency)
Interest in and a good sense for the latest digital and consumer trends
Confident use of all common social media networks and online communities
Ideally, experience in implementing and/or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
High creativity and motivation
Fluent German and proficiency in English, both written and spoken
