About this role
Role Overview
Develop and implement go-to-market communication strategies for new game titles.
Build community and creator ecosystems around new teams.
Plan and manage launch communications (roster announcements, reveal campaigns, brand integrations).
Position the organization within new game communities.
Work closely with publishers, agencies, and partners on title launches/market entries.
Monitor community sentiment and the competitive landscape in target titles.
Build scalable communication frameworks for future expansion.
Requirements
5+ years' experience in esports, gaming, or entertainment communications
Experience with multi-title strategies or entering new ecosystems
Strong understanding of different game communities (FPS ≠ MOBA ≠ FGC)
Experience with creator campaigns and PR positioning within competitive environments
Strategic thinker with strong operational execution skills
Comfortable working with KPIs, social analytics, and community monitoring
