First point of contact for all IT-related matters in daily operations – working closely with an international IT team
Ensure smooth operation of workplace technologies, telephony and mobile devices
Professional handling of support requests via a ticketing system – from logging to sustainable resolution
Close coordination with 2nd
and 3rd-level support for more complex issues, including transparent communication with users
Hands-on support in Windows environments, particularly for Microsoft Office applications and modern conferencing and media technology
Manage user accounts and permissions, and independently install and configure software
Actively contribute to IT projects and take responsibility for IT inventories and lifecycle management of IT equipment

Solid IT knowledge – obtained through completed vocational training, a comparable qualification, or several years of practical experience in IT support
Confident working with Windows environments, Microsoft 365, VPN solutions and document management systems
Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues on desktop systems as well as iOS and mobile devices
Ideally, experience with law-firm-specific applications such as Intapp or comparable systems
Solid knowledge of networking and professional experience with common ticketing systems
Strong service and solution orientation, structured working style and enjoyment of dynamic ad-hoc requests
Team-player mindset, flexibility and strong communication skills – fluent in German and English
