About this role
Role Overview
Manage and organize procurement processes and order handling within Facility Management
Coordinate and oversee key control and access management across the business unit
Support and maintain relationships with service providers and suppliers, including contract management and performance review
Create and maintain documentation, reports, and analyses for internal and external inquiries
Assist with planning and execution of facility management projects, e.g., maintenance and repair activities
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification
Initial experience in procurement or facility management desirable
Structured working style and a high degree of self-organization
Confident use of MS Office; experience with facility management software is an advantage
Team player with strong communication skills when working with internal and external partners
