Role Overview
- Advise and support our clients on the configuration and implementation of a CMMS solution
- Conduct scoping workshops with clients
- Write high-level and detailed functional specifications
- Train clients on the solution, including custom developments
- Analyze functional requirements
- Prepare requirements matrices
- Plan and estimate implementation efforts
Requirements
- Master's degree (or equivalent higher education)
- Minimum 2 years in a similar role
- Knowledge of industrial maintenance processes
- Broader understanding of asset management (EAM)
- Planning
- Writing a requirements specification (Statement of Work)
- Writing functional specifications
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Failure modes analysis (FMEA/FMECA)
- SQL development
- Proficiency in English
