About this role
Role Overview
- Handle incidents and requests related to SAP SD and Tax One.
- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve issues in sales orders, pricing, deliveries, billing, and issuance of tax documents.
- Monitor integrations with messaging systems and external systems.
- Ensure stability of sales and billing processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress.
- Proven experience with SAP SD: pricing, billing, orders, shipping, returns.
- Deep knowledge of SAP Tax One and Brazilian tax legislation.
- Experience with issuance of NF-e and CT-e and integration with messaging systems.
- Ability to read ABAP code (basic level).
- Experience with testing (SIT, UAT) and functional documentation.
- Desirable: knowledge of SD integrations with FI, MM, and GRC.
