Role Overview
- Customer service in Nespresso Boutiques
- Sell coffees, machines and accessories
- Register/enroll new members
- Provide tastings to customers during service
- Perform daily cash closing and manage the cash float
- Ensure the Boutique and stock are organized
- Monitor service excellence and provide proper guidance to Boutique Attendants regarding procedures and customer service
- Support management in complying with Compliance standards for safety, quality and operational audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress (preferred)
- Experience in customer service and sales
- Availability to work a 6x1 schedule
